The company is managed by Heriberto Pagés, Lic., M.A., a published Spanish language poet, essayist and ATIO Certified (English into Spanish) translator. Heriberto holds a Licentiate in Spanish Language and Literature and has been working as a translator, interpreter and language instructor for 15 years.

Since moving to Toronto in 1992 he has worked as a translator, Spanish language instructor and cross-cultural trainer for a variety of public and private sector organizations. He has also given talks on poetry and translation at York University and the annual Cultural Celebration of the Spanish Language.
